Using ArtFly

By using ArtFly, you agree to these terms. Use the service lawfully, respect other people’s rights, and provide information you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access someone else’s private collection, interfere with the service, or bypass account or payment controls.

ArtFly is still being developed. The public website supports accounts, private collections, portrait creation when the studio is available, an optional public preview feed, saved print choices, and the approved print checkout described below. Creation requests are processed by an authorized rendering service and may wait in a queue. Features may be limited or temporarily unavailable.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and use an account you control. You are responsible for the photos, phrases, publications, and orders you submit. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us.

Signing in with Google connects your basic identity to an ArtFly account. It does not grant ArtFly access to your Google Workspace content. How we handle account, artwork, and order data is explained in our Privacy policy.

Your artwork & rights

You keep the rights you have in your photos, words, and artwork. Uploading or saving work does not transfer ownership to ArtFly. You give ArtFly permission to process, store, and display it to provide the features you choose, and to send the selected print file to a supplier when you order a print.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to use a reference photo, the people depicted, and any text or artwork you submit. Do not assume that having a photo on your device gives you the right to publish or sell it. ArtFly does not verify every third party right or guarantee that every generated work qualifies for copyright protection.

You may download your available exports. Your use of them must still respect the rights of people and other rights holders involved.

Optional publication

Your account collection is private by default. The community preview feed includes only portraits that creators choose to publish. General purchases of other creators’ work and creator royalty payments are not yet open.

If you choose to publish through an available ArtFly control, you authorize ArtFly to display the selected preview, title, caption, and creator display name publicly. Allowing others to purchase prints is a separate permission. No original reference photo is made public by that choice.

You can withdraw publication or print permission through the publishing controls or contact us for help. Previously issued preview links can remain available for up to 15 minutes after unpublishing. This cannot recall files already copied or cancel prints already ordered. Print permission does not activate a purchase option or promise a royalty. Publishing does not guarantee sales, earnings, or a particular audience. You may report public artwork for privacy, rights, or other concerns; ArtFly may hide a publication for review.

Available print orders

The current live checkout is limited to one approved She Is Powerful — Color & Affirmations portrait: an unframed enhanced matte paper print in 16 × 20 or 24 × 30 inches, quantity one, with Standard shipping to a United States address. General custom artwork checkout, framing, canvas, metal, and acrylic purchases are not currently available.

A saved cart choice is not a confirmed order or price. The live checkout displays the print price, shipping, applicable tax, and final amount before you pay in Stripe. Live checkout charges real money. Any flow labeled as a test payment is a simulation and does not purchase or produce a physical print.

After payment is verified, ArtFly submits the approved order to Prodigi for fulfillment. An app return page alone does not confirm payment or supplier acceptance. Use the order status or contact support if confirmation is unclear.

Reviewing your print

Before paying, inspect the print proof, selected size, full portrait, wording, and delivery address. Fine lettering may require a close view; not every word is readable from across a room. A screen preview cannot reproduce every detail of a physical print. Color, brightness, texture, and very small lettering can differ with the screen, paper, and printing process.

Provide a complete delivery address and a contact email you can access. Orders use the approved artwork version and delivery details saved for that checkout. Do not place a second order simply because a payment or supplier response takes time; check the first order with us to avoid duplicates.

Order changes & issues

Prints are produced for the submitted order. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel one. We cannot promise that an order can be changed after payment or stopped once it reaches production.

If a print is damaged, missing, or differs from the confirmed order, email dropflyai@gmail.com with your order identifier and a description. Photos of the print and packaging can help with damage or production issues. We will review the issue and available resolution with the supplier; a refund or replacement is not guaranteed before that review. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as ArtFly’s features and available products change. The date above identifies this version. Any new price or purchase option will need to be shown before its checkout.

For account, artwork, or order help, contact dropflyai@gmail.com. Include the relevant account or order identifier. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or API keys.
